* The patient will be given a number to enter the clinic 15 minutes prior to the appointment.
* for your and our patients safety, kindly only one companion is allowed if necessary. If you have respiratory symptoms or fever, please cancel your appointment as you will be rescheduled after an adequate time through the website or call 920000583.
* The patient and companion will be given the attendance letter for the day of the appointment.
* Please bring your ID.
* In case of surgery, please adhere the following:
- Bring all the medication you take.
- COVID-19 swap three days prior to the appointment for you and the companion if your case requires a companion as per instructions, for both local and general anesthesia surgeries, through Sehaty App., or take an appointment in "Tatamman". If there is no COVID-19 result, the surgery will be postponed.
- Isolate yourself after the swap until the surgery day.
- In case you want to cancel the surgery, please call at least two weeks prior to the surgery day on the phone or reschedule the appointment through website. In case of no show to the surgery or no call to cancel, the patient will be automatically referred to the outpatient clinic and wait months for another surgery appointment.
- If the patient did not reveal his or her positive result of COVID-19 test, he or she will be subject to legal inquiry
- The surgery may require admission if there is a medical need.
